We can provide you with book interior and cover design services, assistance with the printing or e-publishing process, and support and individualized attention along the way. Packages range depending on your needs- please contact us to discuss your specifications.
PUBLISHING FACILITATION AND SUPPORT
Creative License Publishing coordinates and facilitates the self-publishing process to make the writer’s experience seem effortless. This service is for the author who simply wants to write and hand over their final edited manuscript for publication, with minimal involvement in the process of publication. Some of the steps we handle are:
Proofreading (note this is a final read, not an edit. All edits must be done before this step.
Provide a detailed step-by-step process for the client prior to publication, including ISBN# and barcode purchase.
Provide ghostwriting for book descriptions, summaries, and author bios
Uploading book pdf to an online, print-on-demand publishing platform. If the client uses multiple platforms, each upload will be subject to a separate charge if formatting changes are required.
COVER DESIGN
Basic: f&b covers and spine design. Author provides images or art, and clear concept for cover. 1 concept created. 2 revisions included. Print ready file prepared and jpg for e-book cover.
Intermediate: f&b covers and spine design. Author provides input for cover. If stock artwork or photography is needed, it is extra charge based on needs. 2 concepts created. 2 revisions included. Print ready file prepared and jpg for e-book cover.
Premium: Can be hardcover with dust jacket, case cover, endpapers. Author provides input for cover. If stock artwork or photography is needed, it is extra charge based on needs. 2 concepts created. 2 revisions included. Print ready file prepared and jpg for e-book cover.

BOOK DESIGN
Need help preparing your manuscript, and creating a polished end product that you can provide to a printer, or upload to an online publishing platform? CLP partners with Pfeifer Design for all the services you need to take the guesswork out.
Basic: Text only, no images. Customized page design, print or upload-ready files.
Intermediate: Customized layout design with extras like graphs, images and charts.
Client provides images.
Charts and graphs can be created- up to 6 included.Premium: Layout and graphics of inside pages that require full graphic design.
E-BOOKS
If you work with us to create your book interior and cover, we can also create an e-book for you to publish.
We are happy to provide you with an estimate for any of the above upon request.

Not sure how best to get started? Book a consultation session. The consultation will explore the entire self-publishing process, including discussions around the benefits and difficulties with self-publishing. The author's goals and expectations will also be defined to create a complete action plan for publication.

Fully designed site. You will need to provide copy, but if you need assistance with writing the copy, we can help with that. You will need to provide images for your author bio and your book image. If you need additional stock photos for the site, for each header section, those are included.

Assistance with domain and website launch, purchasing and upload to go live.
Training session to teach you how to use the blogging feature of the site.

BOOK MARKETING LANDING PAGE
For single scrolling marketing landing page to promote or sell your book and give you an online presence. Includes brief author info and a link for purchasing the book, with a footer with contact information if needed. No additional webpage navigation links. Site launch supervision provided. All graphics to be provided by client. Additional design needs can be provided and quoted separately for logo, charts, book mock up, etc. Hosting fees not included.

To help get that headshot just right, or to optimize your images for print
FACEBOOK COVER IMAGE
We can create create an eye-catching design for your promotional and marketing efforts on social media. If we designed your book cover for you, we can also include a mock up of your book cover. Otherwise, images will need to be provided by the author.
AUTHOR IDENTITY PACKAGE
We create a logo for you, and implement it into letterhead for print or digital use, forms, business cards, or additional needs that you may have. We are happy to discuss these options with you. Please request an estimate.
MARKETING AND SUBMISSIONS
CLP has joined services with Tuesday Magic to provide book marketing services to aid the self-publishing author to promote sales of their book both before or after publication. For the author who is searching for a mainstream publisher, Tuesday Magic will provide services to help plan and coordinate submission or proposal packages.
Complete Package:
-Pre publication consultation to discuss expectations and goals.
-Planning for social media pre publication marketing such as twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
-Book launch marketing, including the press release (CLP can provide writing assistance if needed)
-Media planning including book signings and presentations-Other suggestions and ideas for driving traffic to your book
